Terms & Conditions

The platform is designed for use by students aged 6–16 and their parents or guardians. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or activating a trial, the parent or guardian confirms they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the child.

Coaches and school representatives must register separately and are subject to additional terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used inappropriately.

New users are offered a £1 one-day trial offer. The trial provides full access to lessons, learning content, and limited AI interactions (7 total).

Paid subscriptions are available on the following plans:

• Monthly Subscription — £29.99/month: Full access to all lessons, IGCSE Computer Science content, mock exams, model answers, and 7 AI interactions per day.

Monthly subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically each month via Stripe unless cancelled. You will be billed at the same rate each month until you cancel.

To cancel, manage your subscription via your account settings or contact us at Charles@GenAiusAcademy.ae. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The £1 one-day access is a one-off paid product. It is not a free trial and does not automatically convert to a monthly subscription. Access expires after 24 hours.

Due to the digital and educational nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once access has been activated. If you experience a technical error that prevents access, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate fairly.

Coaching session fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., cancellation with more than 48 hours notice), a credit may be offered at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others not covered by your subscription
• Use AI tools to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Use the platform in any way that may harm other users, coaches, or the reputation of GenAius Academy
• Circumvent access controls, trial restrictions, or subscription gates
• Misuse the coaching or messaging system

We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without refund for serious breaches of acceptable use.

The GenAius AI Teacher is a supplementary educational tool designed to support learning. It is not a replacement for qualified human instruction, academic advice, or professional educational assessment.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We encourage students and parents to verify key facts against official curriculum materials and exam board specifications. GenAius Academy accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated content that result in academic harm.

All Bandana lesson content, GCSE study materials, flashcards, question banks, curriculum structures, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of GenAius Academy and Charles Storey. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.

Parents and students may use content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

We are committed to maintaining a safe learning environment. All AI interactions are designed to be age-appropriate and educationally focused. Users must not attempt to misuse AI tools to generate inappropriate content.

Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the platform. If you identify any concern regarding safety or inappropriate content, please contact us immediately at Charles@GenAiusAcademy.ae.

Schools and institutions accessing the platform are subject to separate institutional terms agreed upon at registration. Individual student accounts created under a school arrangement are governed by these Terms and the institutional agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenAius Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or exam results from the use of our platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
